Shipping Policy

1. Free standard shipping

Your order is typically shipped via Royal Mail First Class, although resellers may use another Courier Service. Shipping is usually free of charge, but in times when a reseller cannot fulfil free shipping the cost will be clearly displayed on the product page.

If your order includes a rechargeable battery, due to legal transport regulations we can only offer free shipping to the Main Island.

2. Payment

We currently accept payments via credit card, debit card and PayPal. 

3. Countries

At the moment we are only shipping to the United Kingdom and GBP orders are only accepted from within the United Kingdom.

4. Shipping

We normally ship your order within 24 hours if it is in stock and it’s not Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday. You can see the estimated delivery time hence dispatch in the table below.

5. Shipping of batteries

According to the transport regulations, rechargeable batteries can only be shipped by certain shipping providers. The reseller will provide a suitable shipping provider during the check-out process.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship rechargeable batteries to some countries, as we are subject to legal requirements.

7. Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you and offer to ship the parcel again one time for free. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any fees and shipping charges incurred will be rebilled to the customer. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 6 weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

8. Returns

Please always add a copy of your invoice and write down the reason of your return.
